Our Service is designed to operate in compliance with major international regulations while maintaining our core principle of local processing:
By processing all files locally in your browser, we eliminate data transfer risks and ensure compliance with strictest privacy regulations worldwide. No personal data leaves your device during compression.
Our local processing model inherently complies with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and other major data protection frameworks since no user data is collected, stored, or processed on external servers.
Under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), processing is necessary for the performance of a contract. By using our Service, you enter into a contract for file optimization, fulfilled entirely through local browser processing.
Our Terms comply with DMCA (US), Copyright Designs and Patents Act (UK), and similar international copyright laws. Users retain full ownership of their files, and we implement appropriate infringement response procedures.

- United States: Adheres to CCPA requirements and Section 230 protections
- Canada: Respects PIPEDA principles through privacy-by-design architecture
- Australia: Complies with Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles
8.2 User Rights Recognition
